摘要: Toner particles may be produced using a semisuspension polymerization process, which includes: (a) providing mixture of partially polymerized monomer or comonomers near the onset gel-effect; (b) forming suspension comonomers; and (c) polymerizing while slowly adding second in starved feed manner. The process used to produce toner having varied particle properties, morphology ranging from core-shell inverted microcapsules pseudo polyblend composites low molecular weight phase dispersed high matrix.
