摘要: The aim of this study was to evaluate the influence elevated ureteral pressure on renal arterial distention, and thereby Doppler resistive index. Seven isolated rabbit kidneys were subjected a pulsatile perfusion while pelvis pressurized via ureter. Renal vascular pressure, flow, resistance (pressure/flow) conductance (flow/pressure) compared simultaneous index measurements using linear regression analysis. Changes in Conductance Index (systolic - diastolic conductance/systolic conductance) likewise Elevations significantly correlated with (1) increased values, (2) mean resistance, (3) decreased conductance, (4) values (for all correlations P < 0.05). increases This shows that likely acting interstitial diminishes bed. Because effect is more dramatic at diastole, cyclic patterns flow are altered, resulting values. results indicate importance interaction between distensibility rather than overall determining
