摘要: Self-organized Co nanoclusters are grown by sequential sputtering in the form of nanopillars separated Au. Using grazing incidence small angle X-ray scattering from these nanopillar-like structures, we could observe a distinct signature regular near-neighbor ordering first order, commonly observed only patterned nanostructures. The magnetic response nanopillars-like structures with high perpendicular anisotropy indicates variation cluster sizes along stack and thereby shows non-superparamagnetic clustering effect.
