摘要: Abstract The differences between blastospores and germ tubes of Candida albicans, as previously shown by immunofluorescence, were further studied comparing digests cell walls both growth forms. When Zymolase treated polyclonal, polyspecific antiserum to C. albicans 441B, which stains only in immunofluorescence assays, components molecular weights 200,000 155,000 immunoprecipitated from strain B311, but nothing was recovered blastospores.
