摘要: Murine monoclonal antibodies against carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) derived from a colonic tumor were analyzed by radioimmunoassay for reactivity with CEA and the CEA-related antigens, meconium (MA) nonspecific cross-reacting antigen. Antibody-antigen binding profiles revealed three classes of hybridomas. The Class I antibody, NP-1, recognized an epitope shared among all its affinity MA was high but low II reacted sites between MA, while those III type only bound CEA. NP-4, less than 50% molecules goat specific anti-CEA antibody other antibodies. Two antibodies, NP-2 NP-3, similar amounts moderate different affinities Studies using labeled blocking that NP-3 recognize two separate epitopes on within category. Thus, to can differentiate at least four antigenic cancer One is CEA, antigen; others are MA; fourth appears subpopulation molecules.
