摘要: The scope of this work is the development a rapid, reliable and sensitive method for analysis organochlorine pesticides from soils by pressurized liquid extraction (PLE). effect four parameters (temperature, pressure, static time cell volume) on efficiency was studied. great extracting power PLE causes numerous interfering substances, so more efficient purification extract necessary. In several sorbents have also been assayed to carry out soil samples: Florisil, silica, alumina, carbon, as well combinations them. Finally, proposed analytical validated using certified reference material (CRM804-050) results were compared with those obtained other techniques (Soxhlet microwave-assisted extraction).
