摘要: The hemopoietic cells from anemic mice of genotype WW are less able by 200-fold to take part in colony formationin the spleen than normal littermates ww. genetic defect shows itself colony-forming cells, since littermate formcolonies spleens unirradiated WW. Use animals WVVWT as recipients improves spleen-colony method removing bias resulting fromthe death irradiated recipients.
