摘要: SUMMARY Plasma prolactin concentrations were measured in thirty-four males with pituitary tumours and twenty-two patients (65%) found to have hyperprolactinaemia. Plasma testosterone subnormal twenty-nine patients. Ten hyperprolactinaemia treated bromocnptine; was restored normal values eight but secretion remained deficient. Two resistant bromocriptine. Some improvement libido potency obtained after restoration of four cases spite persistently low secretion. For maximal sexual function treatmentwithbothbromocdptineand required.
