摘要: Technology for real-time sensor-based variable rate application equipment can involve intricate systems. A sensor system typically provides the rate-controller a set-point every second creating challenge in terms of response time to achieve desired using existing rate-controllers, valves, and nozzles. Response commercially available was evaluated with two applicator configurations: pulse width modulated (PWM) fixed orifice nozzles (PWM-applicator) standard fast close (FC) valve (FC-applicator). These configurations were tested input signals: step change common map based technology (VRT) simulated VRT that updated second. Pressure, flow rate, controller from measured recorded data acquisition system. The analyzed determine if applied correctly followed while evaluating associated different speed brake point settings. Results suggest corresponding minimum had be determined each configuration optimum performance equipment. PWM-applicator 0.5 s 1.5 s. FC-applicator 0.6 but 2.1 input. Although slightly lower than FC-applicator, pressure more stable error less. However, is optimized map-based application, it will likely function adequately our study assist determining spatial resolution
