Neck pain: a long-term follow-up of 205 patients.

摘要: Two hundred five patients with neck pain were evaluated clinically and roentgenographically for a minimum of 10 years after onset symptoms. Seventy-nine percent had decrease in pain, 43% free pain; however, 32% moderate or severe residual pain. Patients who been injured initially the most likely to have an unsatisfactory outcome; no other clinical features value predicting final result. The presence severity was not related degenerative changes, sagittal diameter spinal canal, degree cervical lordosis, any changes these measurements over evaluation period.
