摘要: Abstract In this paper we analyze the impact of an export-oriented grant scheme created in anticipation accession a country to European Union. The aimed support activities for introduction new or existing products foreign markets and technology development. We find policy exerted positive effect on firm export value, total sales, value added profits. design differentiates two types supported activities. Technology-oriented grants have exports capital stock, while commercialization-oriented intermediate inputs. no evidence employment only slight factor productivity. Overall targeted at technological development more relevant economic effects than do commercialization A cost-benefit analysis suggests that benefits are 139.5% cost.
