摘要: The activity concentrations of 210 Po and Pb within phytoplankton-zooplankton-anchovy-mackerel in the coastal water Jeju Island were determined to understand their distribution bio-accumulation along trophic level. In surface water, total 0.83 ± 0.004 mBq ㎏ −1 1.27 0.03 . And dissolved concentration 0.75 0.06 1.22 0.09 respectively. phytoplankton, factor (CF) 1.5 × 10⁵ 2.6 10⁴ shows is 5 times higher compared Pb. similar CF zooplankton was derived as 1.4 10⁵. anchovy increased twice that plankton. This evidence there bio-magnification level plankton-anchovy. However muscle tissue mackerel one-hundred lower than anchovy. reflects anchovy-mackerel, decreased. internal organs 8 38 those tissues. phytoplankton-zooplankton-anchovy, decreased five order. anchovy-mackerel it by 30−70%.
