摘要: The rapid and accurate prediction of the need for massive transfusion in bleeding trauma patients remains a challenge. Various models have been proposed to anticipate with variable success. current study by Mutschler colleagues proposes four classes shock as defined Shock Index examines its ability predict transfusion. This model demonstrates promise practical tool acute decision-making after injury.
