摘要: The aquatic toxicology of the photostable synthetic pyrethroid insecticides as it affects two important groups susceptible organisms — fish and insects is discussed. sensitivity these species to pyrethroids dependent on several factors, including toxicokinetics, target site (nervous system), possible secondary mechanisms action, well chemical physical properties medium that influence toxicity bioavailability. Uptake rates routes fenvalerate greatly affected mosquito larvae. LD50 values were determined for cuticular dietary exposure by utilizing radiolabeled at respective LC50 concentrations in media (water food). Fenvalerate was sixfold more toxic larvae route. Technical than emulsifiable concentrate formulation. Addition different humic acid water reduced Review analysis relevant literature are integrated into a discussion principles details pyrethroids.
