摘要: Abstract Background Hypermobility is a known risk factor for patellar instability. In this study, we hypothesized that significant relationship exists between global joint hypermobility and trochlear dysplasia. Methods Follow-up patients from the shoulder department of our institution with (Group 1, n = 42) healthy volunteers 2, without knee complaints were included in study. All participants underwent magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) evaluation possible dysplasia, measurements lateral inclination; facet asymmetry; depth groove; condylar lateralization patella; sulcus angle; lateral, medial central height. The Dejour classification was also assessed. Results age gender distributions groups similar (p > 0.05). radiological evaluations revealed inclination (p  Conclusions Our study most dysplasia criteria met hypermobility. addition to clinical patellofemoral examination, precise beneficial instability concomitant Patient cohort consist surgery.
