摘要: A CrxCy–NiCr cermet coating was fabricated using the supersonic plasma spray technique, and its effect on hydrogen embrittlement of 17-4 PH stainless steel studied through electrochemical charging slow strain rate tensile testing. The index susceptibility calculated, results show that plays a significant role in preventing cracking. content analysis demonstrates enhances resistance to by acting as diffusion barrier. This is mainly due CrxCy ceramics having very low rate. In addition, strength ductility specimen without decrease gradually with increasing current density. According testing fracture surface analysis, phenomenon explained mixed mechanism involving hydrogen-enhanced local plasticity decohesion.
