摘要: Oxidative stress is critically involved in a variety of diseases. Reactive oxygen species (ROS) are highly toxic molecules that generated during the body's metabolic reactions and can react with damage some cellular such as lipids, proteins, or DNA. Liver an important target oxidative because its exposure to various prooxidant compounds well function ability transform xenobiotics reactive metabolites (as ROS). To investigate processes liver injuries especially damages there many experimental models, which we discuss further.
