摘要: Positron emission tomography (PET) is an important driver for present day healthcare. Fluorine-18 the most widely used radioisotope PET imaging and a thorough overview of available radiochemistry methodology prerequisite selection synthetic approach new fluorine-18 labelled tracers. These tracers can be synthesised either by late-stage radiofluorination, introducing in last step synthesis, or building block (also called modular build-up approach), fast efficient manner block, which reacted further one multiple reaction steps to form tracer. This review presents comprehensive synthesis application blocks since 2010.
