摘要: Abstract A comparison and analysis of results from multicomponent droplet vaporization simulations at low temperatures using well-mixed diffusion-limited models are presented. An approach combining elements continuous discrete mixture description is proposed to model mixtures such as gasoline–ethanol blends, where a pure substance mixed with mixture. The rates heat mass transfer between the its environment evaluated under assumption that fluid properties constant in gas film surrounding droplet. liquid phase modelled according three different assumptions: temperature composition uniform, combined limited by diffusion, but uniform fully respect both temperature. Results show difference predictions increases reduced. It shown has an appreciable impact on lifetime. application electronic database experimentally determined allowed partial validation accuracy chosen empirical correlations.
