摘要: Abstract Three series of experiments to measure the mobility vacancies in iron have been performed with a high-voltage electron microscope. The temperature dependence growth speed interstitial-type dislocation loops during irradiation between 400°C and 860°C indicates an energy 0·62 ±0·07 eV, this is assigned one half migration activation single vacancy, namely 1·24·0·14 eV. annihilation electron–radiation–induced U detected by shrinkage disappearance interstitial clusters post–irradiation annealing at temperatures 270°C 350°C. process yields 1–47 ± 0·05 extent deformation-induced variation cluster formation irradiation.
