摘要: Background and Objective: Myocardial infraction can lead to loss of heart muscle cell, changes in ventricular function structure, scar formation as well leading the ultimate stroke its loss. This study aimed investigate effect eight weeks High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on gene expression angiogenesis factors ischemic rats. Materials Methods: In this study, 28 male Wistar rats (200-250 g) were randomly assigned 4 groups: sham, ischemia, exercise, exercise-ischemia. infarction (MI) was achieved via closure LAD artery for 30 minutes.
