摘要: Phospholipase C delta4 (PLCdelta4) is one of the delta-type PLC isozymes, expression which induced in nuclei by treatment with serum and also some cancer cells. We isolated analyzed a promoter region murine PLCdelta4 gene. DNA sequence analysis showed that this GC-rich has no TATA box, from -143 to -127 was found, luciferase activity gel mobility-shift assay, be essential for transcription PLCdelta4. found stimulated growth factors such as bradykinin, lysophosphatidic acid, Ca2+ ionophore addition serum. In parallel, we detected mRNA induction an increase complex formation nuclear protein HeLa cells on stimulation these factors. Finally, trapping factor-induced cytoplasmic Ca2+-inhibited activation nuclei. These results show may have important role response factors, its partially regulated Ca2+.
