摘要: The direct numerical simulation of two phase interfacial flows can be computationally challenging, as the strong resolution needed to follow deformations interface leads a lot time spent solving whole computation domain. Efficient solution such problems requires an adaptive mesh refinement capability concentrate computational effort where it is most needed. In this paper parallel algorithm solve incompressible two-phase with surface tension presented: AMR handled help PARAMESH package. free between fluids tracked via Level Set approach; jump conditions at for pressure and velocity are imposed by Ghost Fluid method. A multigrid preconditioned BiCG-stab solver adapted data structure has been developed allow high density ratio computations (up 1:1000). Special treatment done jumps maintain fine accuracy. Computational results compared in different test cases analytical solutions or literature, show very good agreement references. effectiveness parallelization quite well maintained, shown weak scaling tests. Speed-up capabilities demonstrated.
