摘要: Clonal propagation is a process of asexually reproducing plants by multiplication one copy to produce several copies that are genetically identical. One the best methods clonal using cuttings. There many can be propagated through cuttings and them guava. Guava popular in Pakistan. To ensure guava tree will fruits belong its original cultivar, this study was conducted. Softwood were treated with IBA (1600 ppm 2000 ppm), NAA (7000 10,000 ppm) IBA+NAA (1600+7000 2000+10,000 ppm). five media used (Soil, Peatmoss+Soil, Sand+Soil, Baggasse+Soil Soil+Peatmoss+Sand+Bagasse. The experiment laid out Completely Randomized Block Design (CRBD) two-factor factorial arrangement. A total 105 used, each 12 cm length 2-4 nodes. Media samples collected physio-chemically analyzed at Soil Water Testing Laboratory Layyah, Pakistan assess properties fertility status. 1600 showed results terms number roots, root days sprout, followed 7000 Peat moss+soil soil+peat mass+sand+bagasse. For combination growth regulators, observed + ppm. Poorest result all parameters (days length) recorded control. 10 second dipping time for softwood yielded peatmoss+soil tested. Hence, concluded treatment auxin (such as IBA) yield help solve problem propagating
