摘要: Hepatocyte cell adhesion molecule (HEPACAM), a member of immunoglobulin superfamily, is an molecule. Although dysregulation several molecules has been implicated in the progression non-small lung cancer (NSCLC), expression profile and functions HEPACAM NSCLC remains unknown. In this study, it was found that downregulated tissues. Forced cells inhibited growth migration cells, while knocking down promoted growth, migration, metastasis. molecular mechanism to be negative regulator beta-catenin/TCF signaling. Taken together, study revealed suppressive roles restoring function might promising strategy for therapy.
