Training That Makes a Difference: ETP's Impact on Trainees, Companies and the State's Economy.

Based on what we learned field work component ofthis project (reported ETPat Work) statistical analysis ofETP'simpact reported here make recommendations help move closer achieving itsmission. We have organized around three broad themes:• Increasing ETP's impact California economy;• ETP'simpact companies;• Improving management ofthe program.We summarize our key findings related themes then specificrecommendations.
