摘要: The present invention provides a method for transmission of images and/or video over bandwidth limited channels having varying available bandwidth, which comprises the use classification algorithm • decomposing to be transmitted into multiple spatial areas, each area specific image type; detecting type those areas separately selecting an encoding compression ratio. prioritizes increasing ratio dedicated lower priority in case decreasing bandwidth.
