摘要: This expanded replication study used consensual qualitative research to examine 12 lesbian, gay, and bisexual (LGB) supervisees’ experiences with LGB-affirmative non-affirmative supervision in Commission on Accreditation for Marriage Family Therapy Education (COAMFTE)-accredited programs, the impact of these their personal/professional development, supervisory relationship, work clients. was characterized by a context safety, inclusion, affirmation, knowledge about LGB identities, which positively affected client work. Non-affirmative bias, lack respect, marginalization, negatively areas. Implications theory, research, are discussed.
