Measurement and Monitoring of Cell Clonality

摘要: Methods are provided for the detection and analysis of clonality in a cell population, where parallel sequencing is applied to nucleic acid sample obtained from optionally population lymphocytes. Replicate samples amplified, sequenced, identification coincident sequences two or more replicates indicative clonal expansion.
