摘要: OBJECTIVE. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects partnerships between people with disabilities and service dogs on functional performance social interaction. METHOD. A single-subject, alternating treatment design used. participants were 3 women mobility challenges who owned dogs. For each participant, time perceived amount effort for two tasks measured performance. Interaction satisfaction levels interactions. RESULTS. Primary findings that dog decreased four six tasks, five increased interactions 2 participants, all participants.
