Non‐Standard Employment: When Even the Elite are Precarious

摘要: Themes of marginalisation and disadvantage dominate much the literature on non-standard employment studies which underlie these themes are generally restricted to temporary, casual part time workforce. This paper presents results from a survey 240 professional workers in Australia who have moved into contract arrangements. A key focus is establishment Push/Pull Matrix, tool analyses individuals’ movement by explicitly recognising relationship between both personal situational factors. The suggest that just as relevant contractor they other forms employment.
