摘要: This article suggests that it no longer makes sense to conceive, or pursue, mainstreaming in relation gender alone. If processes are adequately address the full range of equality concerns European Union (EU) and its member states they will inevitably need engage with multiple equalities their intersections. Given manner which has generally been implemented date growing interest applying other strands addition is currently conceived as an additive technical process rather than a more genuinely integrated participatory approach intersectionality. paper articulates conception diversity draws on insights both intersectionality debates. It proposes participative-democratic expert-bureaucratic model mainstreaming, transversal notion intersectionality, links these via practices deliberative democratic exchange.
