摘要: Some new 2-substituted-N-(aminomethylaryl/aminoethylaryl)indole-3ylglyoxylamides 3a-h and their corresponding 2-substituted-3-ethyl-N-alkyl/aryl indoles 4a-d,f,g were synthesized. These compounds evaluated for cardiovascular as well antiparkinsonian activities.
