摘要: The last decade has shown a great revival in the study of halophilic microorganisms. In part this interest been caused by discovery properties interesting from theoretical point view, such as mechanisms osmotic adjustment, functioning enzymes presence high salt concentrations, and possession retinal pigments, bacteriorhodopsin halorhodopsin number Halobacterium strains, representing simple converting light energy into biologically available (Stoeckenius Bogomolni, 1982). Moreover, accumulation valuable products, glycerol (in certain strains) β-carotene, halotolerant unicellular green alga Dunaliella industrial potential (Ben-Amotz Avron, 1983).
