摘要: In this study, an interval-parameter two-stage mixed integer linear programming (ITMILP) model is developed for supporting long-term planning of waste management activities in the City Regina. ITMILP, both stochastic and interval are introduced into a general framework. Uncertainties expressed as not only probability density functions but also discrete intervals can be reflected. The help tackle dynamic, interactive uncertain characteristics solid system City, address issues concerning plans cost-effective diversion landfill prolongation. Three scenarios considered based on different policies. results indicate that reasonable solutions have been generated. They valuable adjustment or justification existing flow allocation patterns, capacity City's system, formulation local policies regulations regarding generation management.
