摘要: Multilamellar and unilamellar liposomes containing sodium methotrexate (MTX) were prepared by thin film hydration reverse-phase evaporation methods. Encapsulation efficiency release of MTX from at 4°C, 25°C 37°C determined. When stored the lost 33% after one month. To stabilize liposomes, they freeze-dried in presence different amounts cryoprotectants (trehalose, PEG 10,000, 20,000, a mixture trehalose-PEG 20,000). Measurements showed that 20,000 imparted an retention about 70% lyophilization. Stability tests lyophilized product demonstrated fairly stable even 37°C, indicating their potential use commercial applications.
