摘要: Medical records may be evaluated in order to assign condition codes the a medical vocabulary. In one example, vocabulary contains list of (e.g., numeric codes) that correspond specific conditions, where each code is associated with concept description. Text from record used form query, and query against descriptions determine which code(s) match query. A selected based on how well description matches The process converting text into queries, then comparing vocabulary, automate assigning formal arbitrary records.
