摘要: Aims: To optimize the production of linolenic acid by disrupted mycelia Mortierella isabellina. Methods and Results: Effects incubation conditions such as time, pH reaction mixture, concentration Mg2+ or malate temperature on were studied. The γ-linolenic reached 224 mg g−1 dry cells when mixture was composed 1·0 g (dry mycelial mass) M. isabellina, 50 ml (50 mmol l−1) potassium phosphate buffer supplemented with 0·312 mmol l−1 10 mmol l−1 malate, pH 7·0 incubated at 5°C for 1 day. Conclusions: Incubation temperature, showed major effects increased production. Significance Impact Study: This study highlights increasing cell-free isabellina an insight into rapidly gaining high polyunsaturated fatty acids.
