Coherent Control of Acoustic Phonons in hybrid Metal-Semiconductor System

摘要: We demonstrate the modification of coherent zone-folded longitudinal acoustic phonons (ZFLAPs) oscillations in InGaN/GaN multiple quantum wells by inclusion metal nanoparticles (Au and Ag) via self-assembled inverted hexagonal pits. Blueshift redshift have been observed photoluminescence spectra due to effect electrostatic charge (NPs). A change periodicity ZFLAPs were demonstrated NPs inserted material system.
