摘要: The notion of Mobile IP (MIP) has been developed to support mobility mobile nodes over the Internet. But MIP many drawbacks like frequent registration care-of-address, triangular routing, etc. To overcome registration, hierarchical management scheme for networks (HMIP) suggested. signaling cost and communication overhead due procedure have reduced by minimizing home registrations enabling regional using gateway foreign agent (GFA). A chain agents is being formed localize registration. Dynamic (DHMIP) proposed reduce long packets delivery delays involved in (FAs). However, DHMIP does not include any user movement-based strategy minimize management. In this paper, we a adaptive (A-HMIP) networks. scheme, neighbor FAs are made aware movement enable pre-location We presented analytical modeling which shows that outperforms scheme.
