摘要: The tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (TRAIL) induces apoptosis via death receptor (DR) 4 or DR5 preferentially in cancer cells, and not normal cells with relatively high decoy expression. However, multiple mechanisms induce resistance to DRs-mediated apoptosis. Therefore, understanding of molecular for can find the strategy increase sensitivity. Although proteins are involved apoptosis, we focus on modulation overcome resistance. Here, discuss regulation expression activation by epigenetic modification, transcription at transcriptional levels, micro RNA RNA-binding post-transcriptional ubiquitination glycosylation post-translational levels. In addition, also mention about relationship between localization signaling activation. purpose this review is help understand regulatory TRAIL DRs-targeted agonist monoclonal antibodies, develop innovative anti-cancer therapies through signaling.
