摘要: Abstract Dimethyl ether (DME) has been considered as a potential hydrogen carrier used in fuel cells; it can also be consumed diesel substitute or chemicals. To develop the technique of DME synthesis, bifunctional Cu–ZnO–Al2O3/ZSM5 catalyst is prepared using coprecipitation method. The reaction characteristics synthesis from syngas at high space velocity 15,000 mL (gcat h)−1 are investigated and effects temperature, pressure, CO2 concentration ZSM5 amount on taken into account. results suggest that an increase feed gas substantially decreases formation. optimum temperature always occurs 225 °C, regardless what pressure is. It thus recognized governed by two different mechanisms when varies. At lower temperatures ( 225 °C). For content 5 vol.% 40 atm, maximum yield 1.89 g (gcat h)−1. found 0.2 g sufficient to blended with 1 g for synthesis.
