摘要: Abstract Presently, great challenges are being faced by the industrial sector in terms of energy management and environmental protection. Utilization solar to meet a portion heat demand various industries constitutes tremendous economic opportunities for developing countries such as Morocco. Therefore, this paper introduces an optimization procedure simulation centralized heating system providing hot water four processes with different temperature levels load profiles. As a case study, Casablanca based Moroccan milk processing company is evaluated life cycle cost method practiced select optimal size main design parameters decision-making. It was found that 400 m2 evacuated tube collectors tilted at angle 30° connected 2000 l storage tank can lead maximum saving 179 kUSD total annual 528.23 MWh. In configuration, overall fraction be 41% payback period 12.27 years attained. The has potential reduce around 77.23 tons CO2 equivalents greenhouse gas emissions annually. competitiveness thermal plant considerably improved higher inflation rates lower initial investments.
