摘要: This paper describes methodology and an associated computer program for the design of wing lifting surfaces with attainable thrust taken into consideration. The approach is based on determination optimum combination a series candidate rather than more commonly used loadings. Special leading-edge are selected to provide distributed forces which compensate any failure achieve full theoretical thrust, second general minimize drag subject constraints lift coefficient and, if desired, pitching moment coefficient. A primary purpose introduction considerations so that relatively mild camber may be employed in achievement aerodynamic efficiencies comparable those could achieved. provides analysis as well capability applicable both subsonic supersonic flow.
