摘要: The relaxation of the long-range strain field near grain boundaries by formation structural dislocations has been extensively studied in metals.1 structure boundary dislocation arrays shown to be determined misfit geometry as well interfacal energy boundary. Very little data, however, are available for structures ionic crystals, which interatomic interaction is different from that metals.
