摘要: Abstract The following components were isolated from the fruit of Randia siamensis Craib (Rubiaceae); ursolic acid ( 1 ), pseudoginsenoside-RP (3-O-β-GlcUA-(2-1)-β-Xyl Oleanolic acid) 2 pseudoginsenoside-RT Glucosyl oleanolate) 3 ) and siamenoside (3-O-β-GlcUA-(2-1)-β-Xyl-(2-1)-α-Rha 4 ). 13 C NMR spectroscopy was particularly useful in confirming structures these components. In vivo studies with rats showed that saponin caused a decrease blood pressure, an increase heart rates spontaneous contractility uterus. Alcoholic extract exhibited acute ichthyotoxic activity low dose.
