摘要: Taking for garanted the sensivity of Quantitative Buffy Coat (QBC) system, as documented in a murine esperimental model, we essayed to detect Trypanosoma cruzi peripheral blood 100 patients with Chagas' disease its chronic phase. By means method, no positivity ocurred, evently consequence small parasitemias, undetectable by this technique assessed cases consideration.
