摘要: This study aimed to investigate the influence of intrathecal injection with dexmedetomidine on behavioral ability and analgesic effects rat models chronic neuropathic pain. It also discusses role that expression protein kinase C (PKC) in spinal dorsal horn plays mechanism dexmedetomidine. A total 35 Sprague Dawley rats were selected. Five randomly chosen as blank control group rest prepared constriction injury, which divided into model observation (n=15, each group). The was injected 10 ml intrathecally, while an equivalent amount saline. abilities evaluated by cumulative motor function score. In addition, mechanical withdrawal threshold (MWT) thermal latency (TWL) applied for detection pain threshold. Immunohistochemistry staining method used test positive PKC, western blot analysis PKC quantitative levels. After initiation, instant score groups increased, values MWT TWL decreased. rose dramatically, level rise. levels reduced gradually over time. Thus, may improve neuralgia reduce degree pain, be associated inhibition horn.
