摘要: Biodegradable micro/nanoparticles generated from PLGA have recently attracted attention due to their clinically proven biocompatibility, especially for immunization purposes. These polymeric particulate delivery systems are able present antigens and activate both humoral cellular responses. Many studies discussed the ideal size of these particles in contributing generation different types immune response. However, do not demonstrate effect micro or nanoparticles, without any encapsulated bioactive, on phagocytic cells after uptake process. In this context, aim study was analyze vitro inflammatory behavior J774 murine macrophages particles' uptake, since nano/microparticles per se can differently cells, using appropriate receptors, inducing distinct An o/w emulsion solvent extraction-evaporation method chosen prepare particles. We determined diameters, zeta potential morphology. Fluorescent by "macrophage-like" also analyzed. To evaluate profile nanoparticles' we conducted NF-κB translocation assay confocal microscopy pro-inflammatory cytokines production provoked
