摘要: Recently, additional innate lymphocyte subsets have been identified that express germline encoded immunoreceptors and respond to cytokine cues. Among these, lymphoid cells (ILC) at mucosal surfaces are of significant interest because they were found play important roles for organogenesis, tissue homeostasis repair, immunity various infections but also involved as disease-promoting in models chronic inflammatory diseases autoimmunity. Their functional transcriptional programs strikingly resemble the T helper cell suggesting these already pre-formed immune system may be more conserved than previously appreciated. Interestingly, all ILC interleukin 7 receptor α chain IL-7 signaling has aspects their developmental programs. Here, we will review role differentiation, maintenance function two subsets, inducer (i.e., RORγt(+) ILC) natural type 2 ILC). We put emphasis on recently discovered controlling plasticity ILC.
